Dear Parents/Guardians,
Due to Industrial action set to begin this Monday, teachers are advised by their union not to comply with anything outside of their normal contractual duties. All meetings, both staff and parent teacher meetings that exist outside of school hours, will not be attended, under the work to rule directive.
To this end, we are bringing the third year parent teacher meeting, scheduled for after school this Thursday, October 8th, back to within the school day. So school will end for ALL students at 12.18 on Thursday Oct 8th to accommodate this meeting. The meeting will begin at 1.30 and end at 4pm sharp. Please make arrangements to have your son(s) collected at 12.18. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we understand the importance of these meetings, especially when it is a state examination year group.
