Your sons have nearly all settled into the 2026-27 school year. For some, it is their last year and for others, a new beginning. Overall, the school days are running smoothly and students and their teachers are getting used to the new timetable, new textbooks and each other.
If you can afford to pay the Administration Fee, even in instalments on this app, it would be greatly appreciated.
For 1 son it is €100, (€102 on App)
if you have 2 or more, the family rate is € €130, (€133 on App).
If one son did TY, his Admin fee was included in the €550 TY fee you already paid. You would have only to pay for your other son(s) in this case.
To keep our school providing the supports, (extracurricular, academic, sports, buses, communication, wellbeing, etc) which we make available to all our students takes more funding than the DEY make available and we depend on voluntary payments from families.
Many of the practical subjects such as engineering/metalwork, construction/woodwork, Art, Home Economics, Graphics/DCG, depend on a contribution from each student to pay towards the wood, steel, plastic, paper and other materials which are used in classrooms every day.
In 5th Year, there is a €20 contribution, €21 on App, which goes towards speakers in Religion class and their Graduation.
24 Hour Student Insurance is compulsory. It is €10 per student and covers each student in and out of school hours. All do PE, many do extracurricular sports, all go outside during breaktimes – accidents do happen and medical bills can be steep. Please pay this at your earliest convenience.
Lockers and locks are provided for all students and cost €10 or €21 on the App.
All payments can be made on this App, at the office by card or cash, and over the phone by card.
