If you log into Tyro to see your son’s Summer Report, but don’t see it immediately, it is because before the office closed last Friday, we rolled over our database from 2024/25 into the next school year 2025/26 – so currently your sons are now listed a year ahead of where they were a month ago. All schools must do this before July.
You can easily see the 2024/25 Summer Reports by logging in, choosing Assessments, it will look blank which is because the site is in the 2025/26 school year. So ….look to the top left side and you will see 2025/26 academic year – click on this and select 2024/25 academic year from the drop down menu. Your son’s Summer Report will automatically appear. It needs to be in the year the report was given for.
All parents/guardians received their invitation from Tyro last February. Many accepted and became eligible to view their son’s timetable, reports, etc. If you haven’t done so, you need to go into the email Inbox which you gave the school which is the one you received the invitation to join Tyro on. Go back to last February. It could be Tyro or it could be St Marys CBS, I’m not sure as I personally did not send it. Tyro did. Many of us have 2 or 3 email addresses. Figure out which one of yours is linked to the CBS Tyro (what did you put on his application form?) and it will go smoothly from now on.
For the remainder of the summer, if you are having any issues with Tyro please ring their Support Line which is (01) 2707749. Their email is: support@tyro.school. You will be asked for the school’s Roll number which is 63430G. If you do ring and haven’t this roll number handy just give the name of our school.
