Congratulations to third year student and scriptwriter Thomás Dunne for being shortlisted in the Best Short Scene Script category of the national Bord Gais Energy Student Theatre Awards.
Thomás and his teacher Ms Quinlan have been invited to attend a prestigious ‘Oscars’ style awards ceremony, on 17 May 2017 at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre. This spectacular event aims to recognise and reward schools for their participation, talent and excellence in the dramatic arts.
Bestselling novelist Sinéad Moriarty and fantasy author and storyteller Dave Rudden will join actress and writer Amy Huberman and former Fair City star Aoibhín Garrihy on the expert judging panel for this year’s Awards. We wish Thomás the very best of luck.
