Thank you for your patience and support. We have been with VSware for the last 10 or so years but felt they weren’t providing us with the functionality that Tyro can offer us in 2024. We have now moved over to Tyro, but the staff and admin are still getting used to it, naturally. All these Management Information systems (MIS) are huge databases.
If parents wish to login into VSware, they can still do so for the time being. However, any timetable changes have been made on Tyro so VSware may not be as up to date as you would like. We will give Tyro another few weeks as we take on board the changes which Tyro are still adding to their system before we give parents/guardians access to their sons’ profile. I hope you understand that we need to comfortable with it before giving another 1500 parents/guardians access!
Just so you don’t think that you missed out on a text or other communication about this new Tyro, nobody has been given access to it yet. Again, thank you for your patience.
