Next week, the Irish Blood Transfusion Service are visiting Portlaoise. They will be at the Killeshin Hotel on Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs, Jan 15th – 18th from 3.45 pm to 8 pm. Please see attached pdf.
None of us ever know when ourselves or our loved ones will require a lifesaving transfusion, and current blood supplies are low. All young and healthy adults should also be encouraged to make it part of their lives going forward. It will save lives.
