JP2 Students’ Pilgrimage to Holy Cross Abbey
Our JP2 students joined with Scoil Chríost Rí students on pilgrimage last Monday, beginning their journey at Holy Cross Abbey, Co. Tipperary. The group arrived in time for 10:00 a.m. Mass, followed by an engaging and informative tour of the Abbey, which featured the famous whispering arch and a relic of the Holy Cross.
After lunch, the students visited Kilfinane Parish Church, where first-class and second-class relics of Saint Carlo Acutisare now installed. Fr. Vard accompanied the pilgrims throughout the day and concluded the trip with an insightful Q&A session.
We wish all students the very best as they prepare for their next Youth Mass on Saturday, 22nd November, continuing their inspiring JP2 journey.
